I believe that we all have the power to heal but some of us more than others.
A hand in this position can be used to send a blessing or healing to those in need of it. It is offered with sincerity to anyone that needs such help. As said before I believe that many of us have this power so any such power is not from me but those great beings and forces that work through us all. The image of this hand is a link from the spiritual world to the physical.
If you stare at the middle of the palm of the hand and ask your God or the Universal Spirit for healing then I sincerely hope that the help that you need will be forthcoming. You may feel something or nothing, it is offered freely in the hope help may be given where it is needed most and it is supplied as a bridge.
